  • Upon check-in, presentation of passport / birth certificate is obligatory (passport of a citizen of the Russian Federation; foreign passport of a citizen of the Russian Federation - only for citizens permanently residing abroad; birth certificate (for a person under the age of 14), temporary residence permit of stateless person, residence permit of a stateless person, passport of a foreign citizen, visa and migration card).

The resort fee is not included in the cost of accommodation indicated on the website and is paid additionally upon check-in at the hotel. 21 preferential categories of citizens are exempt from paying the resort fee, including veterans, disabled people of groups 1-2, university students in St. Petersburg, members of large families and others. If there is a benefit, residents must have with them the original document confirming the availability of the benefit, or a duly certified copy of it.
