  • Upon check-in, presentation of passport / birth certificate is obligatory (passport of a citizen of the Russian Federation; foreign passport of a citizen of the Russian Federation - only for citizens permanently residing abroad; birth certificate (for a person under the age of 14), temporary residence permit of stateless person, residence permit of a stateless person, passport of a foreign citizen, visa and migration card).

  • Information on the introduction of a resort fee in St. Petersburg In accordance with the Law of St. Petersburg dated June 28, 2023 No. 419-81 “On the introduction of a resort fee on the territory of St. Petersburg,” a resort fee will be charged in St. Petersburg from April 1, 2024. Persons over 18 years of age who plan to stay in accommodation facilities for more than 24 hours are required to pay a resort fee upon check-in in the amount of 100 rubles per day per person. The resort fee is not included in the cost of accommodation indicated on the website and is paid additionally upon check-in at the hotel. 21 preferential categories of citizens are exempt from paying the resort fee, including veterans, disabled people of groups 1-2, university students in St. Petersburg, members of large families and others. If there is a benefit, residents must have with them the original document confirming the availability of the benefit, or a duly certified copy of it.

  • Payment for hotel services is made by credit card or cash in local currency (rubles).
